Terms and conditions of sales
· Prepayment is required by money order, cashier's check or with credit cards using PayPal^®.  Call for special terms if you are an established customer.
· All orders are shipped by US Priority Mail from Dover, NH
· There is a $15.00 charge for returned checks.
· Catalog prices are in U.S. funds and are subject to change without notice.
· On wire transfers, a fee may apply.

Merchandise Returns and Exchanges
· Cancellations and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
· Returns must have a pre-approval with an authorization number from Domicildesign, and must be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
· All items must be returned as new and be identified by you return authorization, customer name and invoice numbers. 
· Return shipping is customer's responsibility.
· Return goods are to be sent shipping prepaid.
· We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
· Goods damaged during shipping must be filed as a claim with the appropriate carrier and are not the responsibility of Domicildesign.
