Due to the nature of photographic images the actual colors are not guaranteed to be exact to the photo.  Also, colors may vary due to die lot changes in shipments and manufacturing. Every effort is made to provide comparable color matches for the accessories ordered at the same time.

These products lend themselves to a mix and match design allowing for creative and unique design applications. We are pleased to be able to assist in the inspiration of designs that incorporate our products. We strive to be as accurate as possible. However, due to differing conditions and individual skills, we cannot be responsible for any injuries, losses or any other damages, which may result from the use of these products. Terms and conditions of sales
· Prepayment is required by money order, cashier's check or with credit cards using PayPal®.  Call for special terms if you are an established customer.
· All orders are shipped by US Priority Mail from Dover, NH
· There is a $15.00 charge for returned checks.
· Prices are in U.S. funds and are subject to change without notice.


Merchandise Returns and Exchanges
· Cancellations and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
· Returns must have a pre-approval with an authorization number from Domicildesign, and must be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
· All items must be returned as new and be identified by you return authorization, customer name and invoice numbers. 
· Return shipping is customer's responsibility, except in the case of mfg defect.
· Return goods are to be sent shipping prepaid.
· We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
· Goods damaged during shipping must be filed as a claim with the appropriate carrier and are not the responsibility of Domicildesign.
